Bryanbo & Co Pty Ltd provides accounting, taxation, business advisory, company registration and related compliance support services. Services may include, depending on your engagement with us:

• Individual tax returns, business tax returns, BAS, GST and ATO compliance support;
• Company, ABN, TFN, GST and business registration assistance;
• Bookkeeping, payroll, superannuation and business administration support;
• General business advisory and referral support where appropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information, documents and instructions you provide to us are true, accurate, complete and not misleading.

• We may request further information before commencing or completing work.
• We may decline or pause work if required documents are missing, inconsistent or not provided on time.

5. Fees

Fees, Quotes & Payment / 收费、报价与付款

Our fees may be fixed, hourly, package-based, successively quoted by stage, or otherwise agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise, any quote is based on the information available to us at the time and may change if the scope, complexity or urgency changes.

如客户后续新增业务、资料量明显增加、情况比最初描述更复杂、需要额外沟通或补充申报，我们可能会调整报价或另行收费。

• Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice.
• We may require payment upfront or before lodgement/submission.
• Government fees, ASIC fees, ATO charges, software fees, courier fees or third-party costs may be charged separately unless included in the quote.
• Late payment may result in work being paused until payment is received.

Refunds, credits or fee adjustments are assessed case by case and do not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Deadlines

Tax Lodgement, ATO & ASIC Deadlines / 税务与政府提交期限

You are responsible for providing information and documents early enough for us to review, prepare and lodge within applicable deadlines. We are not responsible for penalties, interest, missed deadlines or delays caused by late, incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by you or third parties.

Government processing times, ATO/ASIC system availability, identity verification, director ID applications, bank or third-party delays are outside our control.

• your failure to follow advice, instructions or document requests;
• changes in law, ATO/ASIC practice, government processing, or third-party system issues;
• unauthorised access, cyber incidents or transmission errors outside our reasonable control;
• business, investment or commercial decisions made by you without specific written advice from us.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

10. Consumer law

Australian Consumer Law / 澳大利亚消费者法

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law where those laws apply. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If there is an issue with our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it fairly.

11. Intellectual property

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of South Australia and Australia.
